March's Birth Flower - The Daffodil

The Summer may be officially over, if we're looking to our calendars that is, but not so much if we look to our March borns, who are as bright, sunny and cheerful as the warmest Summer day, much like their birth flowers.

The birth flower for March is the daffodil. Daffodils are attached to the ancient Greek myth of Narcissus, a young hunter who had been blessed with drop-dead-gorgeous attributes.

Because the daffodil symbolises forgiveness, honesty, love, and trust, people born in the month of March are some of the most amiable you will meet! Their easy-going natures are like a ray of sunshine into the lives of those around them, much like the flower that represents their month.

For the wearer, daffodils are also representative of inner reflection and an awareness of oneself.

When gifted they signify resilience and new fresh new beginnings.

Immortalised by Paige Tuzee in our Birth Flower Pendants and Prints, they are the perfect reminder to yourself of elegant, eloquent and magnetic individual that you are.

Flowers have always been a gentle substitute for words, conveying emotions, thoughts, and moods with floral beauty, so maybe it’s time to spoil yourself or someone you love with a special flower that lasts a lifetime.
