Shipping & Delivery Information

11th JULY 2020 - International Deliveries re-open for customers in New Zealand, United Kingdom, Europe, some parts of Asia and USA.

PLEASE NOTE: Worldwide shipping is limited to certain countries due to border closures and extensive shipping delays.

Australian Orders: Australia Post is currently experiencing delays with deliveries due to Coronavirus impact. This is especially significant in Victoria. Rest assured, we are doing everything we can to get your orders to you as quickly as possible but please allow some extra time for delivery. 

 

Packaging:

Orders under $50 in value will be packed in an anti-tarnish care pouch.

Orders $50+ in value will be packed in an anti-tarnish care pouch and box. Multiple items will be packaged separately in anti-tarnish care pouches but boxed together.

If you require items to be boxed separately (for gifts) please advise in the order notes.

 

Australian Customers

Online orders will be processed between 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Deliveries will take 1-8 business days depending on your location. Please see above, note regarding delays!

If you require express shipping, please ensure you make this selection when picking your shipment method.

Once your order has been shipped, you will be issued with a tracking number so you are able to track your delivery. 

Please make sure you provide an accurate email address in your order information as this is how you will be updated on your shipment status. 

International Customers

International orders will be shipped between 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. International orders are shipped via Australia Post. 

Australia Post can take between 3-14 business days depending on the country of delivery. Please note: Depending on your location, there are some delays due to flight reduction and border closures. Please allow extra time to receive your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will be issued with a tracking number so you are able to track your shipment. 

Please make sure you provide an accurate email address in your order information as this is how you will be updated on your shipment status.

Any items missing/stolen or undelivered due to incorrect information cannot be replaced by BIANKO. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact Australia Post immediately to launch an investigation into your delivery.
