Shipping & Delivery Information

 ** PLEASE NOTE: Customer Pick Ups and International Deliveries are temporarily unavailable.

Australian Orders: Both Australia Post and Sendle are currently experiencing slight delays with deliveries due to Coronavirus impact. Rest assured, we are doing everything we can to get your orders to you as quickly as possible but please allow some extra time for delivery. 

 

Packaging:

Orders under $50 in value will be packed in an anti-tarnish care pouch.

Orders $50+ in value will be packed in an anti-tarnish care pouch and box. Multiple items will be packaged separately in anti-tarnish care pouches but boxed together.

If you require items to be boxed separately (for gifts) please advise in the order notes.

 

Australian Customers

Online orders will be processed between 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Domestic orders are shipped via Sendle Courier Service and Australia Post.

Deliveries will take 1-8 business days depending on your location. 

If you require express shipping, please ensure you make this selection when picking your shipment method.

Once your order has been shipped, you will be issued with a tracking number so you are able to track your delivery. 

Please make sure you provide an accurate email address in your order information as this is how you will be updated on your shipment status. 

If you have selected 'Perth Pick Up' as your delivery method, your order will be available for collection between 1-4 business days from date of purchase. The pick up address and collection information will be sent to the email address provided at customer registration. Pick up address is located in Mount Hawthorn. This service is free of charge. 

International Customers

International orders will be shipped between 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. International orders are shipped via DHL International. 

DHL International can take between 3-14 business days depending on the country of delivery. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will be issued with a tracking number so you are able to track your shipment. 

Please make sure you provide an accurate email address in your order information as this is how you will be updated on your shipment status.

 

* Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for the delivery services of Australia Post, Sendle or DHL International. Any items missing/stolen or undelivered due to incorrect information cannot be replaced by BIANKO. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact Australia Post, Sendle or DHL International immediately to launch an investigation into your delivery.
