Home Fitness We're Loving

No matter what part of the country or world you're from, there's no doubt that you would've had to get better acquainted with self-motivation and home fitness throughout Covid's overstayed welcome!
Some of us still can't access gyms and some of us don't want to, this is why we're sharing our favourite workouts and programs, because we know it takes more than good-will to get motivated, and we're here to give you a boost!

The Program

If you don't know it already, let us introduce you to Keep It Cleaner! This program really does have it all, particularly since the incredible re-launch of KIC 2.0! Women all over the world subscribe to the lifestyle Steph and Lara embody and encourage via KIC. Their focus on healthy lifestyle changes and a fun and relaxed approach to exercise and healthy living has flipped the traditional fitness industry on its head. The app offers a world-class fitness training program, meal planner, run tracker, recipes, playlists, and more! It's a trainer and bestie combined into an inspiring app you get to access wherever, whenever. The best part? It caters to all fitness levels and all ages -  we absolutely love it!

The Fun Workout Blitz

Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion's WAP was the song women in 2020 desperately needed. The beat just makes you want to dance around, so when fitness YouTuber Janet Ndomahina put together this booty building workout to the beat, we were all about it! We promise, in the span of one song, your butt will be burning!

The Quick Hiiter

A 12 minute, no equipment HIIT workout may sounds like its too good to be true, but we can assure you, you'll be dripping in sweat when you're done. And if you want more, you can always do it twice ;)
Kelsey Wells knows how to work the entire body enough to challenge you, plus, 12 minutes is definitely something you can fit in between Zoom's / Netflix binges!

Complete two rounds of the following workout, taking little, to no rest in between each round. If necessary, feel free to take a break in between rounds. To make this workout more challenging, perform each exercise for 40 seconds, followed by 20 seconds of rest or simply complete more rounds.

X plank: 30 seconds, followed by 30 seconds of rest
Sprawl: 30 seconds, followed by 30 seconds of rest
Russian twist: 30 seconds, followed by 30 seconds of rest
Burpee and push-up: 30 seconds, followed by 30 seconds of rest
Bear crawl: 30 seconds, followed by 30 seconds of rest

The Feel-good Move

This 5 minute circulation boosting and flexibility improving pilates warm-up is bound to get you feeling better, both physically and mentally. It's great to use as a warm up pre exercise, or just as a little pick me up throughout your day.

Let us know how you have been keeping motivated through 2020 - we hear dance workouts are all the rage.. perhaps it's something we try next?!
